Shipping Policy

We offer shipment of our products from Malaysia using the fast and reliable Express courier service renowned worldwide. We do not offer standard shipping anymore due to high incidence of missing packages and damaged goods. Because of our high volume shipment each month, these courier services are able to offer us very good and reasonable shipping rates which can be passed down to and enjoyed by our valued customers. Be assured that we do not mark-up our shipping charges to make extra profits or reduce the shipping charges and compensate that by selling our products at much higher price like some sites do. We believe in having long-term relationships with our customers. That's why we always and will continue to strive to provide the lowest prices and best services possible.

1) We make shipment from Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 24 - 72 Hrs after your credit card payment has passed Fraud Review by our payment processor. Fraud review may take within a day or two to complete, depending on the country the card is issued, among other factors. Express Courier Service will usually take within 3 to 7 days to deliver.

2) We can ship to almost any registered address in the world. However, Express shipping does NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses.

3) It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, you will have to bear the re-routing fee and all losses that might occur.

4) In the case if your delivery location is classified as an Extended/Remote Delivery Area by our courier services, there will be additional $25.00 charges. Location of Extended Delivery Area can only be verified manually after an order is received. We will then notify you via email/phone and send an invoice charging you the surcharge. Only after the surcharge is paid that we will ship out your order.

5) After your order has been shipped, we will notify you with email and provide you the tracking number so that you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.

6)Each Express shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in your post box informing you the branch and its address.

7) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from Myfengshui.easy.co charges and are made payable to your government. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

8) Your local customs may hold up your shipment at their own discretion. If that is the case, it is entirely the customer's responsibility to liaise with your local customs for the clearance or release of your shipment. Myfengshui.easy.co should be not held liable for any delay or loss caused by your customs holding up your shipment as it's out of our control.

9) Some of our items are shipped using Dimensional Weight instead of actual weight of the items. Dimensional Weight is a standard formula used throughout the freight industry that considers a package's density or volume when determining charges. Simply put, Dimensional weight is used when the weight of a package is inappropriately less than the actual size of the package - like a box filled with inflated balloons!
